Please call 800-319-6337 for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), before returning any product to P&JT for any reason. 

• All RMA numbers issued by P&JT are good for 15 days from the date of issue.  Call 800 -319-6337 for a new number after 15 days.
• All RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the shipping label.
• Defective product can be returned for exchange or a full refund.

Non-Defective product may be returned within 15 days of invoice date.   All non-defective product returns must be in unopened packaging.
